UPDATE - JANUARY 9, 2024

The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit dismissed the last remaining appeal in the In re Apple Inc. Device Performance Litigation, and the Effective Date of the Settlement occurred on November 5, 2023. Distribution commenced on January 5, 2024. Payments are being sent on a rolling basis, and distribution is expected to conclude at the end of January 2024. Please be patient while the Claims Administrator completes the remaining phase of the process.

If you are or were a U.S. owner of an iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 6s, 6s Plus, and/or SE device that ran iOS 10.2.1 or later before December 21, 2017, and/or a U.S. owner of an iPhone 7 or 7 Plus device that ran iOS 11.2 or later before December 21, 2017, you could be entitled to benefits under a class action settlement.
